The mission of NCBNA Inc. is to “Provide a forum to facilitate the collective action by Black nurses to advocate for and educate about the health care needs of under-represented populations, and to implement strategies that reduce health disparities and inequities.”

With focused initiatives and programs like the ‘Mini Nurse Academy”, we partner with area school to offer life changing experiences to elementary school children in the Greater Hartford, CT area.
NCNBA Inc. provide a forum for collective action by Minority Nurses to explore, define & meet healthcare needs. Our goal is to support the development of ethnic nurses reflecting the nations diversity.
